Privacy notice

APPEN is in stealth pre-launch and limits its data collection to what is needed to evaluate access requests and operate a small invite-only pilot. We collect only what is necessary, store it securely, and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

From access-request forms: your name, email, business name (if provided), a description of your intended use of an agentic card, and your expected spend range. From pilot participants: information required to verify identity (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses) and to fund and operate a prepaid card under your name.

Who we share with

Our card-issuance partner (the rail that mints the actual card) receives the minimum information needed to issue and authorize transactions on your card. Plaid, our identity and bank-link partner, may be used to verify identity and connect a funding account. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How we store it

Account credentials are hashed. Sensitive third-party tokens are encrypted at rest. Card PANs are never stored on APPEN servers and are rendered directly from the issuer to your browser. Authorization events are retained for audit and regulatory purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or withdraw from the pilot at any time by emailing dalton.redden@blindbilling.com. We respond within a few business days.
