APPEN is operated by Blind Billing LLC, a limited liability company. By visiting this site, requesting access, or participating in the APPEN pilot, you agree to the terms below. The site is informational and stealth pre-launch. Access to the product is invite only.

Eligibility

Access is granted at our discretion to a small set of early partners. Pilot participants must complete identity verification (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses) and fund a prepaid balance before any card is issued. We may decline or pause access without cause during the pilot.

Acceptable use

APPEN issues prepaid virtual cards for use by AI agents acting on your behalf under spend rules you configure. You agree not to use APPEN for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by our card-issuance partner or the card networks. You are responsible for what your agents do with the cards you authorize.

No bank, no advice

APPEN is not a bank, a money transmitter, or a financial advisor. We provide software that interacts with regulated card-issuance partners. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

No warranty

The site and pilot are provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Real-time authorization decisions depend on network and partner availability and may fail.

Changes

We may update these terms during the pilot. Material changes will be communicated to active participants by email.
